Why Is My Payment Not In?

Payment Processing Delays

SASSA processes payments in batches. If you have not received your payment by your assigned date, it may still be processing. Wait 2-3 business days for the funds to reflect.

Bank Details Issues

If your banking details are incorrect or missing, your payment cannot be processed. Check your status on the SRD portal and update your bank details if needed.

Post Office Cash Shortages

Some Post Office branches may experience cash shortages. If you collect your grant at a Post Office, you may need to return later or try a different branch.

Check Your Status

Always check your SRD status to see if your payment has been processed. Look for "Approved" with a payment date, or "Paid" status.
